At AIcrev, we collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes account details, Google Business Profile data (when connected), and analytics about your reputation management activities.
AICREV is an official Google Business Profile partner.
We use the business.manage scope to fetch reviews for your business and post the replies you generate. We do not use your Google data for advertising or share it with third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including Row-Level Security (RLS) on our databases and AES-256 encryption for sensitive tokens. Your Google access tokens are stored securely and used only to perform actions requested by you.
If you participate in our 7-day trial, your data is processed during that period to provide the full AIcrev experience. After the trial, you have the option to upgrade to a paid plan managed via Stripe.
